About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead execution of F&B marketing strategies across a multi-concept portfolio
- Own the F&B marketing calendar, prioritization and pacing
- Partner with revenue, sales and reservations teams on cover targets and seasonal demand
- Manage content planning and creative asset production, including photo and video shoots
- Develop, brief and manage strategic partnerships and external agencies
- Coordinate PR, social and digital activity within the F&B master plan
- Monitor and report on campaign performance and analytics
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in F&B or nightlife marketing
- Proven use of digital marketing platforms and performance reporting
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional experience
- Understanding of the UAE market and hospitality trends
- Fluent English
