F&B Sales Agent

Responsibilities

• Act as the initial touch point for guests via inbound calls and online chat
• Convert inquiries into confirmed reservations for Food and Beverage offerings
• Handle table reservations, dining, and entertainment inquiries
• Respond to guest queries via phone, email, and direct connect with speed and accuracy
• Utilize up-selling techniques to enhance guest experience
• Execute administrative tasks and maintain accurate customer records
• Adhere to department SOPs and safety standards
• Participate in weekly and monthly department meetings

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in F&B Reservations Sales within a luxury hotel environment in the UAE
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Exceptional knowledge of Hotel PMS, specifically Opera
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proactive nature with strong attention to detail
• Ability to handle guest requests and emergencies professionally
