About the role
Responsibilities
- Set tables and prepare dining areas for guests
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen staff
- Interact with and serve guests to ensure a memorable dining experience
- Clean work areas, supplies, and equipment
- Maintain professional appearance and follow company policies and procedures
- Manage menus by reading and verifying information
- Handle physical tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving objects up to 50 pounds with assistance
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Less than 1 year of related work experience
- Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
- Ability to work on sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces
