About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome, interact and communicate with guests and colleagues in a courteous and friendly manner
- Take, prepare, and serve guest orders accurately while promoting up-selling to meet targets
- Liaise with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service and age verification for alcohol
- Clear and clean tables professionally once guests have finished
- Maintain stock, handle point-of-sale transactions, and ensure outlet cleanliness
- Adhere to company Health and Safety policies and train new team members
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Service Attendant in a 3-star or above hotel
- Background in the hotel or F&B industry
- Fluency in English
- Strong customer focus and teamwork skills
- Ability to plan, organize, and think analytically
