About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of services to ensure guests enjoy their in-room dining experience
- Set tables and communicate effectively with the kitchen staff
- Interact with and serve guests professionally
- Clean work areas and maintain supplies
- Uphold quality standards and follow company policies and procedures
- Maintain professional uniform and personal appearance
- Manage menus by reading and visually verifying information
- Handle physical tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving objects up to 50 pounds with assistance
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Less than 1 year of related work experience
- Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
- Ability to work on sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces
