F&B Supervisor - Brasserie La Farine

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff works together as a team to meet guest needs and optimize service
• Inspect staff grooming and attire to ensure professional standards
• Complete opening and closing duties including supply setup and equipment cleaning
• Manage storage areas using FIFO principles and maintain cleanliness
• Conduct scheduled inventories and requisition necessary supplies
• Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, safety, and guest well-being
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching employees
• Act as a role model and first point of contact for the Open Door Policy
• Follow all company safety, security, and hygiene policies
• Welcome guests according to company standards and anticipate their service needs

Requirements

• Experience in food and beverage supervision or leadership roles
• Ability to lead, motivate, and coach a diverse team
• Strong communication skills with professional language usage
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and inventory management (FIFO)
• Ability to maintain high standards of personal appearance and professionalism
