F&B VIP Butler

Responsibilities

• Provide high-end, professional, and flexible service to VIP guests in accordance with club standards.
• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage seating based on preferences and customer flow.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of food and beverage menus to provide recommendations and upsell alternatives.
• Ensure the dining area and workstations are kept clean, organized, and properly presented at all times.
• Establish rapport with guests to ensure high levels of satisfaction and guest recognition.
• Assist the management team with daily restaurant floor operations and opening/closing procedures.
• Adhere to all health, hygiene, and safety regulations and maintain a high standard of personal appearance.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar role within a 5-star hotel environment.
• Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain consistency in a fast-paced luxury setting.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a genuine passion for food and service.

Preferred Qualifications

• Catering School Diploma.
• Proficiency in a second language.
