About the role
Responsibilities
- Own relationships with agency program offices, contracting officers, and prime contractors
- Spot upcoming requirements, recompetes, and expansion opportunities early
- Bring warm opportunities into the pipeline and help shape proposal responses
- Serve as main point of contact on awarded contracts, keeping clients satisfied and performance strong
- Partner with proposal and recruiting teams to win and staff new work
Requirements
- 5+ years as program manager, account manager, contracts manager, or similar client-facing federal role
- Established relationships with one or more federal agencies
- Experience with 8(a) or small business contracting
Preferred Qualifications
- Comfortable using AI tools to work efficiently
