About the role
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day P2P business performance across SEA markets and other assigned regions
- Monitor regional OKRs including transaction volume, competitiveness, disputes, and fraud patterns
- Lead, coach, and develop a small team of regional Business Development managers
- Drive merchant onboarding, relationship management, and incentive programs
- Coordinate with Product, Risk, Compliance, and Marketing teams for regional rollouts
- Analyze regional P2P market trends, pricing dynamics, and competitive landscape
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in operations, business development, or product operations
- 2+ years of proven experience leading or coordinating small teams
- Hands-on experience operating across multiple countries or markets
- Strong understanding of operational workflows and project management
- Strategic thinking and analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills
- Fluent in English; additional regional languages are a strong plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience with P2P platforms, crypto exchanges, or digital asset ecosystems
- Familiarity with merchant management in a marketplace or P2P environment
- Exposure to risk monitoring, anti-fraud methods, or KYC/KYB processes
- Experience with growth campaigns and user acquisition
