Fiat P2P Operation Expert

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day P2P business performance across SEA markets and other assigned regions
• Monitor regional OKRs including transaction volume, competitiveness, disputes, and fraud patterns
• Lead, coach, and develop a small team of regional Business Development managers
• Drive merchant onboarding, relationship management, and incentive programs
• Coordinate with Product, Risk, Compliance, and Marketing teams for regional rollouts
• Analyze regional P2P market trends, pricing dynamics, and competitive landscape

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in operations, business development, or product operations
• 2+ years of proven experience leading or coordinating small teams
• Hands-on experience operating across multiple countries or markets
• Strong understanding of operational workflows and project management
• Strategic thinking and analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills
• Fluent in English; additional regional languages are a strong plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience with P2P platforms, crypto exchanges, or digital asset ecosystems
• Familiarity with merchant management in a marketplace or P2P environment
• Exposure to risk monitoring, anti-fraud methods, or KYC/KYB processes
• Experience with growth campaigns and user acquisition
