Field 2 Teacher - Arabic as a Medium of Instruction (Fujairah)

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Ministry of Education Mathematics and Science curriculum in line with national policies
• Plan and implement annual and term-based instructional plans
• Apply effective, modern teaching strategies to enhance student engagement
• Design and administer assessments, analyze performance, and maintain academic records
• Provide academic intervention for struggling students and enrichment for gifted learners
• Collaborate with counseling staff to support individual learners' needs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in education, minimum cumulative GPA 2.5
• At least 3 years' teaching experience without a valid teaching license, or 2 years with one
• Age not exceeding 55 years
• Proficiency in Arabic and English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Strong computer skills and relevant educational applications
• Pass subject-specific assessments and personal interviews
• Academic IELTS 5.0 or EmSAT 1100 within six months of appointment
• Commitment to obtaining a Teaching Practice License within two years of joining
