Field Deployment Analyst

Responsibilities

• Travel to remote sites to install, turn up infrastructure, and end-user equipment
• Fix technical issues that remote support cannot resolve
• Coordinate with network engineers, cloud and mobility teams, and site leadership
• Adapt deployment plans based on actual site conditions and documentation discrepancies
• Maintain accurate as-built records and document troubleshooting findings
• Ensure deployments do not interrupt site operations

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship
• Active CBP Background Investigation (CBP BI) and EOD strongly preferred
• Ability to travel extensively (up to 90-95%)
• Proficiency across networking hardware, end-user equipment, and cabling
• Ability to work independently in remote and austere locations

Preferred Qualifications

• Network+ or CCNA certifications
• Experience deploying equipment at unfamiliar sites
• Experience working in facilities with high operational tempo
• Active DoD clearance or fitness determination at another DHS component
