Field Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the MEA field marketing plan and translate global campaign strategies into locally relevant programs
• Plan and execute account-based marketing programs targeting Tier 1 banks and fintechs
• Manage the MEA events calendar, including industry conferences and executive roundtables
• Co-develop joint marketing programs with regional partners
• Champion ACI Worldwide's position as a leading real-time payments infrastructure provider
• Track and report on campaign ROI and marketing-sourced pipeline
• Manage the MEA marketing budget and vendor coordination

Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years in field or regional marketing in the Middle East
• Background in financial services, fintech, or payments technology
• Proven track record of building and executing events and campaigns that generate pipeline
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with sales and digital marketing teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working for a global payments or banking technology organization
• Experience with account-based marketing for enterprise accounts
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms
• Experience operating in a matrixed global organization
