About the role
Responsibilities
- Visit and sign up new businesses across the UAE, demo Mamo on the spot, and close deals
- Map areas and business types, prospect door to door and through local networks
- Test pitches, offers and business types, tracking what converts
- Help new customers through sign-up and verification documents
- Log every visit, meeting and deal in the CRM
- Conduct on-site merchant verification and field risk investigations
- Document field visits with evidence, escalating inconsistencies
Requirements
- 2-4 years in field sales, ideally to SMEs in the UAE
- Track record of hitting sales targets
- Fluent English and ability to explain a product quickly
- Based in the UAE, valid UAE driving licence and own car
- Comfortable using a CRM and AI tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Arabic, Hindi, Urdu or other languages spoken by UAE business owners
- Experience selling payment products to merchants
- Existing network in retail, restaurants, clinics or salons
