About the role
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with sellers and buyers
- Present car features and conduct test drives during field viewings
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and transfer teams for vehicle transfers
- Identify customer needs and make tailored recommendations
- Handle client queries via phone and email during viewings
- Analyze the motors market and its various audiences
- Follow up with buyers and sellers to improve closing ratios
- Explain vehicle condition, service, warranty, and history based on inspection reports
- Update viewing records and comments in the system accurately
Requirements
- At least 2 years experience as a field representative or account manager in the UAE, preferably in the motors industry
- Experience using CRM software, specifically Salesforce
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- Strong closing skills and customer service attitude
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Valid UAE driver's license
