Figma to WordPress Landing Pages Developer

Responsibilities

• Convert Figma design files into fully functional, responsive WordPress pages
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams to understand vision and requirements
• Ensure cross-browser and device compatibility
• Optimize site performance, load speed, and SEO best practices
• Implement animations, micro-interactions, and advanced front-end features
• Maintain a clean, modular, well-documented codebase
• Integrate and configure plugins, forms, tracking codes, and CMS logic
• Perform regular site maintenance, updates, and improvements

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in WordPress development with a focus on custom themes
• Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (vanilla + jQuery), and PHP
• Experience converting Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch designs into WordPress sites
• Familiarity with page builders like Elementor, Divi, or WPBakery
• Proficient in responsive and mobile-first design practices
• Strong understanding of Core Web Vitals, performance optimization, and accessibility standards
• Knowledge of SEO best practices for on-page elements
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating WordPress with Salesforce or marketing automation tools
• Knowledge of headless WordPress or modern JS frameworks like React or Next.js
• Familiarity with security best practices and WordPress hardening
