About the role
Responsibilities
- Design realistic, multi-step finance and accounting tasks for AI evaluation
- Build structured assignments with instructions, supporting documents and measurable outcomes
- Develop objective grading criteria for independent reviewers
- Create scenarios requiring financial judgment and error identification
- Prepare Excel spreadsheets, ledger extracts, financial statements and audit documentation
- Review assignments for ambiguity and deliver work on project deadlines
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, reporting or auditing
- Strong knowledge of financial statements, reconciliations and accounting controls
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Advanced English communication (B2 or C1)
Preferred Qualifications
- CPA, CA, ACCA, CMA or equivalent certification
- Experience with financial training materials or assessments
- Prior exposure to AI or LLM projects
