About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete finance process from customer application through vehicle delivery
- Evaluate customer profiles and recommend suitable financing solutions
- Prepare and submit finance applications to banking partners
- Proactively follow up with banks to expedite approvals and LPO issuance
- Present finance, insurance, and ancillary products in a consultative manner
- Achieve finance, insurance, and product penetration targets
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banking and insurance partners
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Delivery teams
- Stay informed about market trends and lender policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive finance, banking, or financial services
- Previous experience with a UAE bank handling auto finance is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of vehicle finance products and lending policies
- Solid understanding of UAE Central Bank regulations and compliance
- Experience working with multiple banking and insurance partners
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases
- Customer focused with a results driven mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with UAE automotive financing products and banking policies
- Good understanding of AECB reports, loan structuring, and automotive insurance products
- Established relationships with UAE banks or financial institutions
