About the role
Responsibilities
- Apply basic accounting principles to accounts payable
- Process purchase orders
- Ensure AP invoices are accurate, coded and authorized for payment
- Reconcile accounts payable control accounts monthly, periodically and annually
- Apply taxes correctly and follow AP policies and procedures
- Liaise with other departments, customers and vendors
- File, organize and maintain records
Requirements
- Commerce graduate
- More than 3 years of experience
- Microsoft Excel skills
- Good communication skills
