About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist with recording and processing daily financial transactions
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
- Process invoices, expenses, payments, and receipts
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Assist with bank, credit card, and account reconciliations
- Prepare and update spreadsheets, financial reports, and account summaries
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
- Research and resolve discrepancies in financial records
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders
Requirements
- Previous experience in finance, accounting, bookkeeping, or a similar role
- Relevant education in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience processing financial transactions, invoices, and expenses
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Basic understanding of reconciliations and financial reporting
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment
- English proficiency for communication with clients and vendors
What we look for
