About the role
Responsibilities
- Analyze current and historical financial data
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports
- Track performance against budget and forecast
- Support annual budgeting and revenue/expense estimation
- Update financial forecasts based on market conditions
- Compare actual results vs. budget/forecast and identify trends
- Build financial models in Excel and conduct scenario analysis
- Analyze profitability by product, service line, or customer segment
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and support internal/external audits
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of finance experience
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and financial modelling
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking ability
- Good business acumen
- Ability to present financial insights to senior management
