About the role
Responsibilities
- Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry and mathematical accuracy
- Organize and maintain files, records, and cash equivalents
- Analyze computerized financial information and maintain electronic spreadsheets
- Classify, code, and summarize numerical data to keep financial records
- Prepare and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, and payroll reports
- Complete period-end closing procedures
- Prepare, review, and reconcile bills, invoices, and account statements
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- Ability to communicate professionally via telephone and email
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 10 pounds
