Finance Audit Advisor - Cigna Healthcare

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of audits covering planning, fieldwork and reporting
• Supervise audit engagements and coach audit team members
• Assess business processes and key controls, identifying risks and control gaps
• Collaborate with Finance, Quality Assurance, Compliance and Risk Management
• Contribute to risk assessment and the annual audit plan
• Track and validate management action plans arising from audit findings
• Participate in governance meetings, regulatory interactions and audit committee presentations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or Economics
• 12+ years of experience, including senior roles in insurance, financial services or consultancy
• Familiarity with Middle East regulatory requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ACL, Tableau and Power BI
• Strong report writing, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills
• Willingness to travel up to 20% across the Middle East and Africa

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification such as ACCA, CA, CPA or CIA
