Finance Business Partner/Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting across multiple legal entities, fiat and multi-cryptocurrency accounts
• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual financial closes and prepare financial statements
• Perform variance analysis and highlight financial discrepancies
• Link Finance, Product and Engineering teams and translate trading products into accounting logic
• Design, test and optimize automated reconciliation engines and accounting sub-ledgers
• Reconcile hot and cold wallet balances, bank accounts and token ledgers daily, including on-chain reconciliation
• Establish internal controls and security protocols around digital asset management and treasury
• Standardize expense management, payroll, vendor payments and capital allocation

Requirements

• Full professional fluency in Mandarin, spoken and written
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline
• 3+ years of accounting or finance experience in crypto exchange or Web3
• Familiarity with on-chain data and block explorers
• Multi-currency treasury management and complex ledger reconciliation
• Advanced Excel modeling and modern ERP software

Preferred Qualifications

• Active CPA, ACCA or equivalent accounting qualification
• Multi-jurisdictional accounting and tax compliance experience
• Building automated reconciliation pipelines or crypto sub-ledgers
• Internal audit frameworks, proof of reserves and custodian integrations in Web3
