About the role
Responsibilities
- Check figures, postings and documents for accuracy and proper coding
- Maintain financial records, journals, ledgers and electronic spreadsheets
- Prepare statistical, financial and payroll reports; complete period-end closing
- Prepare, reconcile and issue bills, invoices and account statements
- Organize and secure files, records, cash and cash equivalents per policy
- Handle guest service needs and telephone and email enquiries professionally
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- No supervisory experience required
