About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as deputy to the Finance Compliance Manager within the Middle East Finance team
- Lead and develop a high-performing compliance team
- Oversee statutory audit governance and financial reporting compliance
- Manage SOX and internal controls processes
- Oversee tax and transfer pricing governance
- Ensure regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions
- Drive process improvements and support strategic finance initiatives
- Partner with senior Finance, Tax, Legal, and Corporate stakeholders
What we look for
- Experience in statutory audit governance
- Knowledge of financial reporting compliance
- Experience with SOX and internal controls
- Understanding of tax and transfer pricing governance
- Experience with regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions
- Leadership and team development skills
