Finance Data Analysis and Control

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and Service operations Costing Updates
• Maintain and develop analytics and financial controlling tools, including sales and financial databases
• Perform regular analysis of business performance and variances in the MESEA region
• Conduct cost analysis and maintain cost allocation
• Extract, clean, and transform financial data from various internal systems and databases
• Build, maintain, and optimize self-service dashboards for finance stakeholders
• Collaborate with IT and data engineering to resolve data quality issues and improve data pipelines
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and reporting
• Support monthly and year-end closings

Requirements

• BA degree, preferably a Master's degree
• At least 3 years of experience in similar financial data or analytics roles
• Technical proficiency in managing databases and data analytics tools
• Experience with programming and analytical tools
• Strong understanding of business and financial data flows and processes
• Ability to manage multiple assignments with strict deadlines and high data quality
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills
