Finance Data entry

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and maintain financial data, transactions, and records in the company's systems
• Input invoices, receipts, payment details, expenses, and other financial documents
• Verify data and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness
• Maintain organized and up-to-date digital and physical financial records
• Identify and report discrepancies, missing information, or inconsistencies in financial records
• Support the preparation and maintenance of finance-related reports and spreadsheets
• Assist with document filing, tracking, and retrieval
• Handle confidential financial information with discretion
• Perform other finance-related administrative and data entry tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Previous experience in data entry, finance, accounting, or finance administration
• Finance or Accounting background is preferred
• Good understanding of basic financial terminology
• Strong data entry, numerical accuracy, and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
• Good organizational skills and ability to handle confidential information
