Finance Director

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Group's financial strategy aligned with long-term growth goals
• Serve as strategic financial advisor to the CEO and senior leadership team
• Lead planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance management across six branches
• Oversee consolidated financial operations, reporting and internal controls
• Manage cash flow, working capital, financial risk and capital expenditure
• Oversee annual audits, statutory reporting and UAE tax and regulatory compliance
• Drive cost optimization, revenue enhancement and financial KPIs
• Lead, mentor and develop finance and accounting teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
• 12-15 years of progressive financial management experience
• Senior finance leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of UAE taxation, compliance and reporting standards
• Experience managing complex budgets and consolidated reporting
• Strong ERP, financial analytics and business intelligence skills

Preferred Qualifications

• CA, ACCA, CPA or CMA certification
• MBA in Finance
• UAE education sector experience, ideally managing multiple schools
