About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead JV Finance Operations and drive financial alignment between partners
- Design and implement robust cost structures and equity frameworks for Joint Ventures
- Maintain oversight of all finance-related projects across the company, focusing on regulated sites
- Partner with Country Financial Controllers to standardize Transfer Pricing documentation
- Lead implementation of Indirect Taxes and reporting directives like CARF and DAC8
- Coordinate Pillar 2 Global Minimum Tax framework implementation
- Drive financial workstreams for ERP upgrades, M&A integration, and treasury optimization
Requirements
- 7+ years in Senior Finance roles, ideally in cryptocurrency or highly regulated sectors
- Technical expertise in international tax (Transfer Pricing, Pillar 2) and European reporting (DAC8)
- Proven track record in structuring Joint Ventures or large-scale project finance
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to represent the Finance department in high-stakes meetings
