Finance Expert

Responsibilities

• Lead JV Finance Operations and drive financial alignment between partners
• Design and implement robust cost structures and equity frameworks for Joint Ventures
• Maintain oversight of all finance-related projects across the company, focusing on regulated sites
• Partner with Country Financial Controllers to standardize Transfer Pricing documentation
• Lead implementation of Indirect Taxes and reporting directives like CARF and DAC8
• Coordinate Pillar 2 Global Minimum Tax framework implementation
• Drive financial workstreams for ERP upgrades, M&A integration, and treasury optimization

Requirements

• 7+ years in Senior Finance roles, ideally in cryptocurrency or highly regulated sectors
• Technical expertise in international tax (Transfer Pricing, Pillar 2) and European reporting (DAC8)
• Proven track record in structuring Joint Ventures or large-scale project finance
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to represent the Finance department in high-stakes meetings
