Finance Head of Compression Regional Services - Middle East

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Regional Service Finance team for Compression in the Middle East
• Lead a geographically dispersed, multicultural finance team through coaching and succession planning
• Provide financial leadership for the Regional Service business, covering profitability, cost, cash, planning and reporting
• Develop financial strategies supporting regional growth and profitability
• Act as trusted business partner to technical, commercial and operational organizations
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls and governance
• Drive continuous improvement of finance processes and systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related discipline
• At least 10 years of relevant finance experience
• Proven people-leadership experience with multicultural teams
• Strong understanding of project and Service business models
• Strong business-partnering and stakeholder-management skills
• Fluent English required
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or recognized professional finance or accounting qualification
• Knowledge of Arabic or another regional language
• International experience across cultures
