Finance Head of Regional Service - Middle East

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Regional Service Finance team for Compression in the Middle East
• Lead a geographically dispersed, multicultural team through coaching and succession planning
• Provide financial leadership for the regional Service business, covering profitability, cost, cash and forecasting
• Develop financial strategies supporting regional growth and profitability
• Act as trusted business partner to technical, commercial and operational organizations
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls and governance
• Drive continuous improvement of finance processes and lead change
• Travel approximately 25% within the region

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related discipline
• At least 10 years of relevant finance experience
• Understanding of project and Service business models
• Proven people-leadership in multicultural matrix organizations
• Strong stakeholder management and intercultural skills
• Fluent English

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or professional finance or accounting qualification
• Knowledge of Arabic or another regional language
