About the role
Responsibilities
- Carry out F&I procedures to meet monthly targets for New Finance & Insurance and Renewal Insurance
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate F&I options
- Liaise with Sales departments to ensure all retail customers receive F&I quotes
- Prepare customer quotations and maintain appropriate records
- Ensure customers are fully informed of contract terms, conditions, exclusions, and benefits
- Collect required documentation for supporting banks to secure credit lines
- Reconcile bank commissions against deals and maintain a daily financial control log
- Monitor commission, referral types, funding sources, and conversion rates for sales staff
- Report on individual salesperson achievement regarding F&I penetration to management
Requirements
- Degree in any discipline or automotive vocational qualification
- 3–4 years of experience in car sales, finance, or insurance within the motor industry or GCC market
- Strong attention to detail and process-driven approach
- Excellent planning and organizing skills
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is preferred
