About the role
Responsibilities
- Carry out F&I procedures to meet monthly targets for New Finance & Insurance and Renewal Insurance
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate F&I options
- Liaise with Sales departments to ensure all retail customers receive F&I quotes
- Prepare customer quotations and maintain appropriate records
- Ensure customers are fully informed of contract terms, conditions, and exclusions
- Collect required documentation for banks to secure credit lines
- Reconcile bank commissions and maintain a daily financial control log
- Monitor salesperson performance regarding F&I penetration and referral grades
Requirements
- Degree in any discipline or automotive vocational route
- 3-4 years of solid experience in car sales, finance, or insurance markets
- Experience within the motor industry or GCC market
- Strong attention to detail and efficient planning skills
- Pleasing personality for communicating with customers at all levels
