Finance Lead/Senior Finance Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly and annual close activities, journal entries and reconciliations
• Reconcile bank accounts, payments, vendor balances and trade and wallet activity
• Review payment requests and staff expense claims for accuracy and policy compliance
• Prepare VAT reconciliations and support corporate tax return schedules
• Support statutory audits and internal reviews with schedules and evidence
• Identify process improvements across accounting, payments and reporting workflows

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• At least 3 years of accounting or finance experience including financial close
• Experience with payment processing and approval workflows
• Practical VAT or corporate tax compliance exposure
• Proficiency in Excel and an accounting or ERP system
• Professional working proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in crypto, digital assets, fintech or financial services
• Regulatory reporting and external auditor experience
• Professional working proficiency in Mandarin
• Progress towards ACCA, CPA, CA or equivalent
