Finance Lecturer

Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures, tutorials, workshops, and seminars in finance-related subject areas
• Administer and assess examinations, quizzes, assignments, and projects
• Provide constructive and timely feedback to support student learning
• Maintain regular consultation hours and provide academic guidance and mentoring
• Coordinate internships, industry placements, and experiential learning activities
• Maintain an active research and scholarly agenda relevant to the discipline
• Develop and maintain partnerships with industry and community organizations

Requirements

• Doctoral degree in Finance or a closely related field
• Minimum of 5 years of successful teaching experience at Undergraduate and Post Graduate levels
• Demonstrated teaching excellence and effectiveness
• Experience with Australian, UK, or similar internationally recognized academic frameworks (highly desirable)
• Evidence of contributing to AACSB accreditation requirements
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
