Finance Manager (Corporate Finance)

Responsibilities

• Drive the monthly reporting cadence, including operating models, variance analysis, and management reporting
• Take full responsibility for the 3-statement operating model and driver-based forecast
• Lead the annual planning process, including scenario models and strategic assumptions
• Build and maintain company-level KPI and metrics layer (ARR, NRR, gross margin, CAC payback, Rule of 40)
• Develop scenario and sensitivity models for capital and headcount decisions
• Manage department-level budget tracking and serve as the point of contact for leaders
• Automate manual work using AI and advanced tooling to reduce cycle time
• Partner with GTM leadership on sales planning and KPI tracking

Requirements

• 5+ years in FP&A or strategic finance, preferably in SaaS or usage-based businesses
• Proven history of building 3-statement models from scratch
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and core accounting principles
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel and handling large datasets
• Deep command of SaaS metrics and their drivers
• Working knowledge of SQL
• Experience building AI workflows for finance work
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and define approaches to undefined problems
