About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee the hotel's financial performance
- Ensure finance activities comply with company policies, regulations and contractual requirements
- Partner closely with the General Manager
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, HR, IT, Procurement, Commercial teams, Owners, Asset Managers and Regional Finance
- Support development of high-performing finance teams
- Ensure hotel operates per the management agreement and report compliance issues to the supervising manager
