Finance Manager - Hotel Franchised

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, P&L and Balance Sheet
• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
• Conduct monthly variance analysis and advise on corrective actions
• Provide financial modeling and feasibility analysis for projects
• Maintain internal controls and manage F&B costs and purchasing
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships and treasury functions
• Ensure UAE VAT, corporate tax and Tourism Dirham compliance
• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants and authorities
• Oversee credit control, receivables and payroll efficiency
• Recruit, train and mentor the finance team

Requirements

• 3-5 years as Finance Manager or Assistant Finance Manager in UAE hospitality
• Hotel experience is mandatory
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
• Proficiency in SunSystems, Opera Cloud and Microsoft Excel
• Strong understanding of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax and local labor law

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification (CA, CPA, ACCA or CMA)
• Previous experience with Accor brands
