Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Execute outsourced processes including client interaction, data review, and enrichment
• Implement and monitor quality controls and resolve escalations
• Motivate, develop, and inspire team members to deliver high-quality services
• Coach team members and manage performance to meet client expectations
• Take ownership of projects, including planning, budgeting, and execution
• Partner with leadership to ensure collective ownership of quality and timelines
• Address conflicts and engage in difficult conversations with stakeholders
• Uphold professional standards, code of conduct, and independence requirements

• Experience in project management and process optimization
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to identify system linkages
• Proven ability to mentor and develop others
• Ability to travel up to 60%
• Capability to work within professional and technical standards
