Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Define KPIs aligned with company objectives and develop team growth plans
• Maintain accurate accounts and ensure adherence to IFRS and COSO standards
• Manage VAT, corporate tax, ESG/ESR, and TP compliance
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and analyze budget variances
• Maintain credit lines, optimize debt structure, and oversee financial covenants
• Manage accounts payable/receivable and supervise inventory and fixed assets processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to enhance operational performance and cost management

Requirements

• 8 to 10 years of progressive finance experience
• 3 to 5 years of experience leading teams of five or more
• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline
• Professional certification such as CPA, CA, CMA, or ACCA
• Strong ERP system experience and deep knowledge of IFRS
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
