Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, invoicing, payroll, and cash flow
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across departments
• Monitor financial performance against targets and flag risks or opportunities to leadership
• Ensure compliance with local financial regulations, tax requirements, and audit standards
• Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable and ensure healthy working capital management
• Support commercial and partnership teams with financial input on deal structuring and contract terms
• Implement and maintain robust financial controls, processes, and systems
• Provide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a finance management role
• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or professional services industries preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and multi-jurisdiction compliance
• Proven experience managing budgets, forecasts, and financial controls
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, etc.)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
