About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead financial reporting, statutory audits, internal audits, and regulatory filings
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, ESR, AML, VAT, and corporate tax requirements
- Evaluate and strengthen internal controls, governance structures, and risk management frameworks
- Provide monthly and quarterly financial oversight for IT projects and regional activities
- Utilize ERP systems like SAP Business One to streamline operations and reduce manual error
- Mentor and lead F&A team members
Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3-4 years of post-qualification experience
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, ESR, AML, and VAT regulations
- Proficiency in ERP systems including SAP Business One, SAP R1, and Tally
- Advanced skills in Excel and Power Query
- Experience in IT distribution is a major advantage
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
