About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all finance and procurement activities in accordance with company policies and the Integrated Management System
- Prepare monthly financial performance reports, yearly budgets, and quarterly forecasts
- Manage internal and external financial reporting, including liaison with financial and ICV auditors
- Oversee company payroll, remuneration, and cash flow reporting
- Monitor receivables and payables to ensure effective collection and payment strategies
- Ensure compliance with UAE laws, fiscal matters, and International Accounting Standards
- Guide the purchasing team on policies, ethics, and cost efficiency
- Manage banking activities including transfers, hedging, and bank guarantees
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a Finance Manager role, preferably in an industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of VAT and IFRS
- Valid UAE light vehicle driving license
- Advanced proficiency in Google Suite, MS Office, and accounting software (e.g., JD Edwards, Navision)
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and time management skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic
