Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all finance and procurement activities in accordance with company policies and the Integrated Management System
• Prepare monthly financial performance reports, yearly budgets, and quarterly forecasts
• Manage internal and external financial reporting, including liaison with financial and ICV auditors
• Oversee company payroll, remuneration, and cash flow reporting
• Monitor receivables and payables to ensure effective collection and payment strategies
• Ensure compliance with UAE laws, fiscal matters, and International Accounting Standards
• Guide the purchasing team on policies, ethics, and cost efficiency
• Manage banking activities including transfers, hedging, and bank guarantees

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a Finance Manager role, preferably in an industrial environment
• Strong knowledge of VAT and IFRS
• Valid UAE light vehicle driving license
• Advanced proficiency in Google Suite, MS Office, and accounting software (e.g., JD Edwards, Navision)
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and time management skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic
