Finance Officer - Part Time | UAE National

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter financial transactions and data into the company's financial systems
• Verify the completeness and correctness of financial records
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, including invoices, receipts, and expense reports
• Assist in document management and archiving
• Generate and compile financial reports and summaries as required by the head of finance
• Assist in the preparation of regular financial statements
• Monitor and track expenses, ensuring compliance with budgetary limits
• Assist in expense report processing and reimbursement
• Provide administrative assistance to the finance department
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documents and information
• Collaborate with the IT team to resolve system-related issues
• Adhere to hotel environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies

Requirements

• Ability to perform financial data entry and record maintenance
• Proficiency in working with financial software and systems
• Strong organizational and document management skills
• UAE National preferred
