About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as key Finance Operations partner to Maisons on compliance and controls
- Support boutique teams through training and process knowledge sharing
- Perform internal control reviews, compliance assessments and boutique audits
- Support inventory controls, stock takes and consignment reviews
- Prepare sales analysis, retail KPIs and ad-hoc business reporting
- Support boutique openings, closures and related operational controls
- Coordinate finance projects including e-commerce, SAP implementation and audits
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant experience within Finance Operations
- Strong understanding of financial controls and compliance
- Analytical mindset and strong reporting skills
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience within retail, luxury or multi-brand environments
