About the role
Responsibilities
- Assess and document systems and processes across the finance function
- Identify gaps and areas of improvement in system behavior and process
- Conduct requirement gathering from stakeholders on issues or new projects
- Create project plans with supporting documentation and analysis
- Manage and ensure efficient UAT on Finance projects in collaboration with multiple teams
- Address queries from the finance community related to Finance Systems and processes
- Design and develop automated reports and dashboards for various Finance Teams
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in automation, project, or process management
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with SAP, other major ERPs, JIRA, or workflow tools is an advantage
