Finance Specialist

Responsibilities

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across the group
• Manage treasury, liquidity, working capital, and movement of funds
• Improve receivables, payables, reporting, and compliance processes using automation
• Build financial models, dashboards, and reporting using AI and technology
• Partner with leadership to guide business decisions based on financial data
• Ensure corporate tax and VAT are properly incorporated into finance processes
• Contribute to the company's fintech-platform direction
• Grow into a Team Captain role, setting standards for the wider team

Requirements

• 3–4+ years of relevant finance experience
• Strong understanding of financial planning, reporting, cash management, and financial operations
• Strong analytical skills and genuine aptitude for numbers
• Comfortable improving processes and using automation/AI
• Confident working with senior stakeholders and taking ownership
